I The Ruins of Beverast non sono dei novelli, fin dal 2003, anno della loro formazione, hanno pubblicato quattro album, compreso questo 'Blood Vaults'. A gestire la band comunque è il solo musicista Alexander Von Meilenwald che abbraccia la causa dell' Apocalyptic Death Doom in questo album decisamente sinistro e meritevole.
